At Utopia Brands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
